Yum! Really loved the way this turned out, and clean up was not that bad. A few words of advice that I gathered:
1. I used just 1/2 cup butter. (all I had) It wasn't greasy, and still made enough caramel to coat popcorn. If you want them super coated, you may need to adjust your caramel:popcorn ratio.
2. I used 3 bags of microwave popcorn (no butter)
3. Remove unpopped kernals before coating. Put in bowl 1, shake a little, and move to bowl 2. Kernals will remain in bowl 1.
4. I don't have a turkey roaster, so I just lined my largest cookie sheet with two strips of aluminium foil, with a slight overlap down the center. The excess over the sides make it very easy to stir all of the popcorn during the baking cycle. (foil cools instantly when pulled out of the oven, making it easy to handle.)
