Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2014
We loved this recipe. I am going to save the spice list for other meats it was such a great combination. The meat was a little hotter on the inside than stated but it may have been because it sat out longer than 4 hours. I will take that into consideration next time. The left overs are tender and can be used a variety of ways. The next day I sliced thin against the grain and made steak salads topped with homemade shoestring french fries...yum. I seriously cant wait to make this again.

Farm Macaroons

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2011
My daughter which is a coconut fanatic LOVES these cookies! Thank you for the recipe. They were very light and delicious. I used every suggestion in the other reviews to get them to stay puffy, to no avail. they were somewhat flattened but still very good.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2011
Very good Cookie! We used butter, smooth peanut butter (had on hand) and believe it or not cocoa puff cereal instead of chocolate chips. My granddaughter said that it can be our "secret ingredient" Another plus is the batch size, after a busy day these are still manageable *makes 3 doz We gave it five out of five stars. Pro's:Great texture/ light taste/ not too sweet/great batch size/ I am sure that they will freeze well, I was able to put 15 in freezer for Christmas (I do this all holiday season and have dozens for Christmas day and for sharing :) con's - NONE my mistake: used generic peanut butter / next time will use a good one for stronger PB flavor

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
Very Very good! I hesitated using both lemons, but I am so glad that I did. It was just right. I peeled the spent lemon away from the rind and put it inside the bird. I made more rub than instructed, like I said I had a very large bird. great recipe/ definitely will make it again, and again...I may never use my crock pot again for a whole bird. roast and enjoy

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
amazing! very soft in the middle and a nice crispy cookie outside. Mine took a little longer to get done than it says, but this is my first time using this oven so the temp may be off a little. This will definitely be added to my Favorites list and be a regular for my family from now on. I cant wait for my grandchildren to try them. Thank you for such a great recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
Very easy, great taste. Served with fresh baked bread. Easy enough to serve unexpected guests if you can make a quick trip to the store. Can be cooked on the stove on very low, it tends to stick if you rush it. Upgrades: Added the meat from a large whole roasted chicken from the grocery store along with the juice from the tray. Used Frank's Red hot - which is everyone's favorite hot sauce in our house. Give it a try, I think you'll be glad that you did. It will be a part of my soup collection.

Molasses Crinkles

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
These cookies are amazing!! My family and I ( 3 generations) have decided that they will now become part of our "must have" each and every Christmas. One word of caution though - make WAY more than you think that you will need, they will fly off the cookie tray. Even the children love them.
