Macaroni Tuna Casserole

I needed a quick idea for dinner & decided to try this. It was amazingly delicious, I was quite surprised, altho I prefer to make my own Mac'n'Cheese. I did use the box kind as I was pressed for time & used Cr. of mushroom soup & a small can of mushrooms, drained. And I used the butter & Ritz topping which I use for other things. It was really yummy & my husband loved it!! Might try it w/ salmon or chicken next time. It's a keeper!!! A sprinkle of paprika makes it look fancier too!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This was amazingly delicious!! I followed the recipe to the exact requirements. Just had to substitute red roasted peppers as I didn't have a green one. I read a lot of reviews & was contemplating putting in the cream cheese to make it creamy, but so glad I did not, as the sauce this made was light & delicious. My husband loved it & I will definitely make this again!!

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

Excellent, creamy alfredo sauce. Never thought of using cream cheese, better than flour & less carbs for sure. Next time I will add more mushrooms, as we love them & also I used the Cr of mushroom soup. I will make this many more times to come, so easy in the crock pot The house smelled so delicious!! This on'e a keeper!

Olive Chicken II

This was so very good. We love olives & tomatoes, so I followed the recipe to the "T" and it was yummy. I used a can of tiny cherry tomatoes w/ some of the juice & it was almost perfect! Also added onions, as we love them. This one's a keeper!!!

Crab Quiche

This quiche was superb! A great hit w/ my luncheon group & family. I reduced the heavy cream by a small amount, as it overflowed when I poured it into the deep dish pie shell. It was still as creamy & flavorful as ever. I will definitely will be making this one again!

Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

This recipe is absolutely delicious!! I made it for my luncheon group & for some dinner guests & everyone wanted the recipe! This is easy to make, but tastes & looks like you slaved for hours. The flavors meld together wonderfully & an added bonus, it is very low-carb for us dieters!!!

Bucket of Mud

This is the old DIRT PUDDING recipe, except I layer the cookie crumbs w/ pudding mixture until u end w/ cookie crumbs to look like "dirt." You can put gummy worms or chocolate mushrooms on top, still fil in a bucket & serve w/ shovel. It's a great recipe I have been making for over 30 yrs!!

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake

YUMMMMMMM! Even tho others did not like this, it was a hit at my luncheon group & at my house!! I added extra chicken, as I used it for a main dish. But it was absolutely delish!!

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups

This one's a keeper! I made it for my monthly "Lunch Bunch" group & everyone loved it. I did add finely chopped onions & sauteed them w/ the mushrooms for extra flavor. Next time I will also add some chopped garlic. I also added some of my favorite seasonings, like garlic pepper, instead of plain black pepper. I made sure the mushrooms were finely chopped in order to roll it into the chicken better. Definitely added to my recipe box!!!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

This is amazingly delicious!! I made it for my luncheon group & it was devoured. I had little to bring home, & my husband loved it, so I made more the next day. I use Splenda instead of sugar to keep the carbs down & added walnuts & slivered almonds. A great hit I will make again!
