Wonderful and oh so simple!!! I whipped it up an hour before leaving for a dinner party and it was a real hit (though transporting a hot cake was not such an easy feat!). However, I did substitute walnuts for pecans, as here in Greece we don't have pecans, and I love the bitter edge of walnuts in sweet recipes. Thanks for sharing!!!
