Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is the best recipe!!! We make chocolate cake and red velvet....it's amazing. We add cool whip to each slice. Great recipe!! I advice not altering the recipe. Why mess up a good thing?

Easy Cheese Ball II

This recipe is great but I alter mine quite a bit. I do not roll mine in pecan or add cheese into the cheese ball. I do 2 packages of cream cheese, ranch dressing, 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce and 1 teaspoon of horseradish. It gives it a little zing. Then I roll my cheese ball in the shredded cheese. Serve chilled. I made this for thanksgiving and it was gone in 6 minutes. I couldn't believe it! It wasn't spicy but had a little zing to it and I couldn't stop eating it along with everyone else. My great grandma said that it was the best that she's ever eaten and she's 94 years old so that says a lot. Try this and you'll love it!!! It sounds kind of gross but it's not and I can't handle spicy foods, they kill my belly. Good luck and thanks for the recipe!!

Hot Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

I made this recipe and it ROCKS!!! You can alter it if you'd like but my family loved the way it tasted and my picky eater ate all of her's as well. Thanks for a wonderful recipe that I will use again and again!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I thought that the biscuit dough tastes just like mushy biscuits. I will stick to my grandma's homemade recipe and not do it the easy way. Thanks anyways!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I love these cookies....I changed the recipe a little bit too...I first, doubled the batch, then added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and added 1/8 cup of flour and they turned out great!!! Very soft and not gooey at all. I baked for 8 minutes and let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing. (so they didn't break apart) With these few changes, these are wonderful cookies. Next time I will add another half of cup of sugar to the double batch! Thanks for a great recipe....so simple.
