Sweet Dinner Rolls

Excellent yeasty warm lovely rolls. Be careful with adding flour as you can always add more. The softer the dough the better the rise. These disappear as fast as I can get them from the oven. Super Yummy!

A Plus Fair Corn Dogs

WOW! These are fantastic! Super crunchy if you cook them a bit longer. We live in a very rural area and have little to no fast food access so these were a real treat!!

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Fantastic summer cake! Have tons of strawberries from my garden. Used fresh ones as a decoration and jam for the filling between layers. Had frozen berries from the garden. Huge differrence in flavor w/ thefresh fruit. Beat the egg whites separately for a super light moist cake. I had enough batter for a 3 layer cake and the presentation was spectacular with fanned whole berries and a jam drizzle in the center. Many oohs and ahhhs from the family.

Excellent . But as another review suggested use the blender to mix all together saves a step or 2 and tastes perfect .Flavor 5 stars. Recipe process 3 stars.... Save a ton of work and use your blender

Caramel Cake with Caramel Nut Frosting

5 stars for the cake! Wonderful crumb! Follow directions and measurements exactly.The cake was fine textured light and delicate. I used the caramel frosting V for the icing as I had all those ingredients. Came out fantastic. County or state fair blue ribbon entry for sure. Special birthday cake or special occasion cake. Really really yummy!

Amazing , simple wonderful flavor for special cake days. Cooling time in freezer 15 minutes. Added a few tablespoons of cream while beating as previously suggested. Family favorite from now on.I made this w/ the caramel cake and caramel icing recipe jsut used this icing instead. Would be a great county fair entry.Blue ribbon for sure.

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

Super easy Delicious. . Used half parmesan and half pecorino romano. You can add garlic if you like .Adjust cheeses to personal preference. Recipe easily doubles. I froze some for later was perfect. Hubby and adult kids loved it. Had to go back to store for more baguettes! Going to try adding Shrimp in the next batch.

Lemon Cream

Wonderful cake filling! I adjusted the recipe as well using 4 T. of cornstarch and adding extra lemon juice. 1/4 to 1/2 C. or to taste. Filled a birthday cake and it was amazing! Family loved it! The picture shows it as an icing but it is really a filling. Enjoy!
