I found this recipe very frustrating. There's just not enough liquid in it. It ends up to crumbly and it's nearly impossible to roll out to use cookie cutters. I'm a pretty good cook, and i can cook just about anything, so I'd like to know what I did wrong. So many people are raving about this recipe, and I just don't see where they get that it's "so easy" Don't get me wrong, the dough for the finished product is good. It's just not a good recipe for cookie cutters.
