Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2015
This recipe was delicious as far as the ingredients are involved. I used plain Greek yogurt. Next time I will process all the ingredients except for the yogurt and fold that in at the end. The food processor broke down the yogurt so it turned out watery.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2014
Delicious comfort food with nutritious broccoli! I added 1/3 cup sour cream as suggested by another reviewer as well as 1/2 of a chopped red pepper and a chopped chili pepper (minus seeds) before baking it to give it some extra flavor/heat for my preference. I mixed mine all together before baking it. There are so many variations of added vegetables you could make with this recipe. It's worth saving.

Traditional Gyro Meat

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2014
So delicious! The aroma out of the oven reminded me of the Greek restaurants we miss so much! Make sure you salt to your own taste is my only suggestions. Make fresh taziki sauce and good pita bread too of course.

Pineapple Salsa

Reviewed: May 21, 2014
Sweet, spicy and delicious! Next time I will leave out the corn and black beans when pairing it with fish (or any meat). The beans and corn work well in it as a dip for tortilla chips.

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2013
This is a great recipe. I had to cut it in half so my kitchenaid mixer could handle it and also because we can only eat one loaf of bread before it goes bad. I also cut the sugar down to a tablespoon because I don't like it so sweet.

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
This is a staple in our house. Everyone loves it including the kiddos. It's so easy and so delicious. I also slice up two onions into rings and put them on top of the London broil. They caramelize perfectly into the mixture. Thank you for submitting this recipe Merri C!

Panang Curry with Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2012
This is so great to be able to prepare a thai dish at home! I love veggies so I added mushrooms, zucchini and broccoli to the dish also. I could not find Kaffir leaves but it still turned out great. If you can't find Panang paste the Red Curry paste also works out really well.
