I'm so happy to have found your recipe without chilli powder. Did it as is. It's perfect.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
This was truly amazing. It was my last atempt to achive a great tasting Mahi Mahi dish because it's taste is quite bland without the perfect seasonnings. I used maple syrup instead of honey because I didn't have honey on hand. It was a perfect alternative. I was in heaven! My husband who is very difficult really liked it. Also, I see why people say they used it to marinate chicken/beef/shrimps: it tastes exactly like teriyaki sauce served at my favorite japanese restaurant Thank you so much for this receipe, it's now a staple in my house!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2010
Good but I used this recipe only as base. I added homemade chicken broth plus some vegetables I had on hand carrots, leeks and brocoli. This will definetly become a staple in our house!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
!!! Loved it but made my little changes according to my taste: no sugar to make it heathier (and I personally find it tastier like that), used apple cider vinegar, red ognion and no poppy seeds (had none). Used Mayo instead of Miracle Whip and sour cream instead of oil. I grated my own cabbage and added carrots and celery. Will do again!

Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
This was GREAT! I was looking of new ways of cooking sweet potatos and this is a great one. Here are my changes: -I added more curry paste, 2 garlic cloves, some cayenne pepper and shrimps. -I replaced the salt by nuoc nam (fish sauce) and used chicken broth instead of the vegetable broth. -I mashed the roasted sweet potatos before adding them to the soup. Very flavourful. Thank you!
