This was truly amazing. It was my last atempt to achive a great tasting Mahi Mahi dish because it's taste is quite bland without the perfect seasonnings. I used maple syrup instead of honey because I didn't have honey on hand. It was a perfect alternative. I was in heaven! My husband who is very difficult really liked it. Also, I see why people say they used it to marinate chicken/beef/shrimps: it tastes exactly like teriyaki sauce served at my favorite japanese restaurant Thank you so much for this receipe, it's now a staple in my house!
