Baked Corn

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
I have made this for years but I add a little jalapeño to mine. You can use half of a small can of jalapeño or less if it's to spicy. Everyone really loves this way.

Pat's Baked Beans (close to Chrystie's baked beans)

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Everyone loves them and I am always asked to bring them back. I use a Crock Pot, it takes about 4 hours on high or all day on low. Plus when I am at a party I can keep them on warm in the Crock Pot and not crowd the cook. Sometime I change the beans to what I have on hand. I like butter beans in mine and at times leave out the garbanzo beans for my father-in-law. I have also added on occasion some ground beef with the bacon. Yummy!!! It always comes out great.

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

I have been looking for a good recipe and this is it. These are great and my family loved them. They were so easy to make. I wouldn't change thing. I will never use boxed mix again.

Baked Corn II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
My family loves this. Also good with can diced jalapinos or chilis mixed in. For the ones that say it turns out to wet or moist. Don't omit anything!! The trick is to bake it for 10 to 15 minutes take it out and stir it. Then return it to the oven and finish baking.
