Broccoli Cheese Soup

Excellent! This was my first attempt to make broccoli & cheese soup. I used 2 heads of fresh steamed brocolli & used 4 boullion cubes disolved in 4 cups water. I also added a tad more cornstarch & used half & half instead of milk. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie I

This is a very easy & delicious pot pie. Instead of using frozen pie crusts, I use pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts. Very good.
