Wonderful, I am really bad in the kitchen, but this recipe it is so easy and nice, that It makes me look like an expert. I've been making this for Xmas the last 3 years and it is always a success. I make the crust from the Ruth's grandma's pie crust recipe.

Chicken Tikka Masala

The amount of salt in the recipe is fenomenal, I decided to give it a second chance and i put less cumin and not salt at all. and it is OK. I am still looking for the perfect Chicken Tikka Masala recipe just like my favorite take away food in England. I have not found the first indian restaurant in the US that makes a good one.
