Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
This is a great recipe. I made my own condensed cream of chicken (I can't stand the store stuff now :) and instead of dropping dumplings I baked drop biscuits. I have teens and they are in and out in the evening so this way they can add a biscuit when they are ready to eat! It was AWESOME! Thank you.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
This was absolutely delicious, paired with some Haagen Daz French Vanilla was an absolute hit and now family favorite request. (I may add a pinch of salt to the crisp but that's my personal pallet.. either way it's great!)

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
This is a great and simple recipe :) I only added a packet of goya sazon to be different.. Mmm soo good. My only thing was my rice was a bit wet? Could have been my fault but was still yummy.

Awesome exactly as is. Yesterday I made it on the fly and used chicken tenderloins and marinated for an hour... came out soooo great! I had reserved a some and immediately started marinating whole breasts the dinner tonight and it TURNED OUT EVEN BETTER!

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 17, 2012
Awesome and easy! Was great for a quick meal! I followed directions which are perfect by themselves and just a couple additions for my fam.. I buttered the top part of bread (cuban) before putting in oven. I sauteed/carmalized some onions, then thru a little course ground mustard on the sandwich when it came out and myyyy oh myyyy.. restaurant quality

Spicy Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Delish! I actually switched the dijon mustard for regular yellow mustard to really bring that tang. I also used Frank's Red Hot to spice these little guys up (rather than say Tabasco)and the zip was perfect. Thanks.. we all loved them :)
