Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines

A-MA-ZING!!! Made this in a Breadman Ultimate, following the directions exactly and it was great! My particular machine doesn't have a "sweet" cycle so I used the white bread cycle on med-dark crust and it came out beautifully! Thank you so much! No more buying $5 loaves of gf bread at the grocery store. *smiles*

Guacamole

Excellent! My first time making homemade guac and it was perfect! My Thanksgiving guests loved it as part of my "night before" appetizer spread when they arrived hungry and tired from their cross-country flight. Thanks so much for a fresh-tasting, quick and easy guac recipe.

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans

This was awesome! My boyfriend and I both loved it! I could not find creole mustard so I used spicey brown and added a bit of creole seasoning. I also left out the scallions, garlic and celery just because I was in a hurry but threw in a few extra capers and a dash of garlic powder and it was fabulous! Thanks for a great recipe!

Margaret's Honey Mustard

This was a super-easy and great tasting dip! We used it on shrimp and also on turkey meatballs. I did substitute spicey brown mustard for the standard prepared mustard which kicked it up another notch and we really enjoyed it. Thanks for the great recipe!
