Wonderful, we love soup and I am always looking for something that can be low fat, low salt. I did not add any additional salt and used low salt broth. Ground chicken breast fit the bill and I like the meatballs so much I was eating them right of the oven. Added pearl noodles like in a wedding soup. Great way to use use more chicken!!

This is wonderful! I needed to use a butternut squash that someone gave me, I hated to let it go bad. When this recipe came up I decided to try it and wow was it great. I did not have any cream but I did take the suggestion of another reviewer and used a little whip cream. It looked great and it added just a hint of sweetness complimenting the bisque very well. Also, I added some hot pepper flakes to spice things up a bit. I definately will be buying myself a butternut squash once in awhile to make it again!

I never made refried beans before,wow did this come out great. The taste compared with my favorite beans at the local Mexican Resturant. Used some of the refried beans to make beef and bean enchilidas, great, my husband asked for more!!! I followed the recipe to the letter. It deserves *****
