Amish White Bread
This was a great recipe, just as it's written. It is very easy to do, even for someone who doesn't bake a lot. I split the dough and made one loaf and some rolls. The loaf was nearly perfect, and sliced easily and neatly. The rolls were excellent. I will make this again. When I was a kid, I used to "help" my grandmother bake bread, and this was as close as I've come to recreating her wonderful loaves.
