I was starting to take notes from Robert Rodriguez's Once Upon a Time in Mexico with intentions of uploading the recipe when I discovered u beat me to it! Now I'm gonna have to go kill the cook. ;)

Sausage and Bow-Tie Pasta Florentine

Excellent flavor. I took some advice from a few other reviewers. I used fresh spinach and sautéed it in with the oil and garlic. The Italian Sausage I used was a little too spicy and threw off the balance of the dish, but that may just have been the sausage I used.

Four-Cheese Macaroni

Bravo for simple and easy to make. But I can't say I was thrilled with the taste and consistency. I love bleu cheese so I was excited by this recipe. Unfortunately, things didn't combine for that really great gourmet mac n cheese taste I was looking for.
