Glorified Hash Browns

This was great. I used the shredded potato style hash browns. The only thing that I did different was that I sauted a half of an onion in a tsp of butter first. Then I followed the recipe. Everyone loved it! Thanks for sharing this recipe:)

Cheesy Cornbread Casserole

We enjoyed this casserole. I did also make some changes as suggested. I added a can of petite tomatoes without the juice, half a small bag of frozen corn, a can of black beans and after the meat and onions were browned I added a can of Mexican style Campbell's cheddar cheese soup. I then proceeded with the Jiffy mix topping. I made it according to the box but I did use 2 boxes for a 3x9 inch pan. I also used more than a pound of meat. Half hour on 350 was plenty of time.

Pasta Basico

This was a simple side dish and so delicious! I used canned chopped tomatoes with Italian seasonings. Everyone in my house enjoyed this, I have made it about 3 times since finding the recipe 2 months ago. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Crisscross Salad

I made this salad according to the directions. I did follow one of the reviews and I used Good Seasons salad dressing. It came out great. I never would have thought to make a salad like this, it's so different. Thank you!

THE Pasta Salad

Yummy! Everyone in my house loved "The Pasta Salad." I used ditalini pasta because that's what I think I see the picture. I used red onion and sharp cheddar because that is what I had in my 'fridge I will make this often. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!

Taco Casserole

This was delicious. I doubled the recipe, and it was just as good reheated. I used shredded shard cheddar with the monterey jack. This recipe is perfect in our opinion and I will make it again and again. Thank youn for sharing it.

Ground Beef Noodle Casserole

This was good comfort food. I followed the recipe. The only thing that I changed was I added shredded mozzarella cheese to the top before covering and baking. I also baked it for 20 minutes because the natives were getting restless. My family enjoyed it and I will make it agian.
