Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken

Wayyy to peppery for me! I think I must have used too much lemon pepper.

This was delicious!! I cut the onion into finer pieces, and added a tsp. of mustard powder (basic rue recipe). Also, took the foil off wayyy earlier to get the top golden brown and crispy. I will never make box potatoes again!!! And will share this with my family members so they won't either! :)

Garlic Chicken

This tasted awesome - I used italian bread crumbs, extra garlic and Romano and Parmesan cheese - Fresh is best. The cheese wasn't coating very well, so I blended it all with my hand blender and it was perfect.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Great tasting marinade, but not quite as much flavor as I hoped for. Next time I will let the chicken marinate overnight - and definitely leave some sauce to dip the chicken it.

Parmesan Baked Potatoes

This is a great recipe I have made many times now. Even better with some changes/additions. I like it better with Romano cheese or even half romano/half parmesan. I also use much more than 3 tablespoons - just eyeing it. Romano gives the potatoes the salt they need, and is a very flavorful cheese. I also just use russet potatoes, but cut them into smaller pieces so they absorb more of the butter cheese flavors. Add some fresh rosemary on top of the cheese and butter and again on top of the potatoes...sooo good!
