Pretzel Salad
Super easy to make and delicious. Took it to a party and it was gone before I could even have a bite. Instead of store bought whipping cream I whipped half and half ( I like the texture and the sweetness of homemade w.cream), make sure you spread it all the way to the walls of your dish, so that the jello doesn't leak through. I had the first two layers in the freezer for about 5 minutes before I spooned raspberries and cooled jello (raspberry) on top. I had it in the crystal tall bowl, looked gorgeous and it is absolutely delicious. The kids and adults loved it. Great recipe for Christmas.

Perfect Turkey
Beautiful gourmet turkey, turned out very soft and juicy, wonderful gravy too. My mother-in-law was very impressed (she is very picky).

Easy OREO Truffles
This is a wonderful recipe, so easy to make and my kids had so much fun helping me. Just a quick tip: after mixing cookies with cream cheese put the mixture on the parchment paper and in the freezer for a few minutes, roll it into the little balls and put it back into the freezer, take a few at a time and dip in chocolate (we mixed almond bark with semi sweet), that way the balls don't fall apart and we used a fork, spoon and a toothpick (to wipe extra chocolate when the oreo ball was on the fork).
