Spiced Basmati Rice

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

This was an extremely delicious alfredo lasagna. I had my in-laws over for dinner and everyone loved it. I made it months ago and my husband has been requesting it he loved it so much, even though he is lactose intolerant.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

We love this recipe at our house. It is definitely not the healthiest way to eat chicken, so we don't eat it all the time, but it really is very, very good.

Egg and Cheese Puffs

I thought this recipe sounded good, so I made them for a baby shower brunch. The only thing I wasn't so sure about was the green chiles,but they tasted even better than I expected and everyone else loved them as well. I will definitely make these again.

Mock Lemon Chiffon Cake

The first time I made this cake was for a baby shower. It turned out great and I received many compliments. I actually mixed the lemon pudding mix with the cake mix and used the Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting recipe from this site to frost it (not a big fan of whipped topping). I'm usually a chocolate cake person, but this was very good.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a great frosting recipe. I use it on almost every cake I make. I usually scrape the frosting off of a cake because it is way too sweet, but this stuff is delicious. Everyone else loves it too.

Spinach Quiche

This is one of the best quiches I've ever had! My husband doesn't like spinach and even he loved it. My filling was going to over flow, so I split the recipe into two pies. Other than that everything turned out great!

Raspberry Walnut Torte

I've made this cake multipe times and everbody loves it. I use pecans instead of walnuts because of a slight allergy, but other than that follow the recipe exactly. A little time consuming, but always worth the effort.

Zuppa Toscana

I enjoyed the flavor combinations in this soup, although it seemed extremely salty to me. Next time I will forget the bacon and use chicken broth for the liquid instead of the chicken base and water. I think it would be great with spicy sausage instead of the smoked.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

This recipe tasted wonderful and turned out beautifully. I just garnished it with a few strawberries in the middle and it looked great. I will definitely make this again!

Adrienne's Tom Ka Gai

This soup has great flavor. I cut some of the red pepper flakes and it was perfectly spicy. I added Thai rice noodles and some lime juice which worked well. I couldn't find fresh lemon grass and used the dried stuff (soaked it first), but it was really tough. I had to pick most of it out. Next time I'll just add the dried lemon grass in whole stalks and remove it before serving.
