Smooth Sweet Tea
This was too sweet for us but can't criticize it for that because it is called (sweet tea) :). I liked very much how smooth it was, I will make it again with less sugar. :)

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
Unless I find myself one day with a huge supply of sweet potatoes and kidney beans I won't be making these again. Husband really hates these, I think they are edible... I'm definitely not addicted though. I wanted to like these but the taste is just weird. :'(

Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
I used fresh basil vs dried and made my own stewed tomatoes vs canned. I only used 1 reg. size can black olives... 8 oz I think. The squash took far longer to cook then 35 minutes, I lost track of how long but I am guessing 1 hour. The last 2 minutes of cook time I turned on broil to brown the cheese. To serve I cut it, all the ingredients stayed together fine. This was the 1st time we've had spaghetti squash, it was okay but don't think we really like it.
