Braised Balsamic Chicken
Excellent! Made as written except used a shallot in place of onion and fresh basil as it was on hand. I think the key to this recipe is using high quality balsamic vinegar - if at all tangy/tart then you used a poor quality. I served over mashed potatoes with steamed green beans.

Shrimp Melt
Delicious! I serve the shrimp mixture over Tuscan Pane bread from Trader Joes, not on English Muffins, though. Also, I like to add extra celery and serve with a green salad. My husband and I both really enjoy this simple meal.

Perfect Crab Cakes With Green Onions
Excellent! I used Panko crumbs instead of saltines, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Very light and tasty!
