Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Loved it! Loved it! If i can in some way, I streamline everything I cook, so I used a small packet of real bacon pieces instead of cooking bacon and that saved some time. Also, I added some shredded carrot and thawed peas. And I left out the cheese because I didn't notice it in the recipe! Not until I read another review that mentioned the cheese... (I really need to slow down!) But I must say, it tasted fabulous without it, so I will probably omit it always. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Eggplant Stir-Fry
We loved this recipe! It is quick and easy, and healthy. (I used coconut oil inplace of Canola) Readers should be aware that when you first add a whole bag of spinach it looks like a mistake! But it quickly cooks down and the dish looks beautiful. My kids think they don't like eggplant, and turn their nose up at spinach. But everyone loves this dish.

Sour Cream Sugar Cookies IV
Great recipe! Two things: Use almond extract in place of vanilla; the flavor is heavenly. No exaggeration. And I used plain yogurt (I was out of our cream; it worked fine). One last thing: I used whole wheat flour (I use ww flour for everything.) And they turned out great. For the ww newcomer, you might try half white, half whole wheat. Any recipe with sour cream or yogurt in it is ideal for whole wheat; milk products keep whole wheat cookies soft.
