Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes
This was so easy and delicious. Added brussel sprouts with the beans, potatoes and ham hocks and put in enough beef stock to cover the veges, nothing else. Let it slow cook all day (about 8-9 hours) and served with pickled red cabbage. Will try the vinegar next time as I will definitely be making this again. Loved it!!!
