Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
Awesome recipe! I changed it a bit based on previous reviews, and it turned out really good. All of my siblings and my parents really really liked it- it was also quite filling. Below is how I revised it (with 14 instead of 7 servings). Instead of using egg noodles, I used spiral. Also, instead of using 4 cloves of garlic, I did a tsp. per clove of storebought minced garlic. I didn't use quite a whole onion. Instead of pepperoni, I chopped up some Summer Sausage that we had. I also added some fried pre-cooked bacon that I chopped into tidbits. Instead of using pizza sauce, I used Marinara sauce and added oregano. For the cheese, I added some cheddar and accidently stirred in the cheese along with everything else, but it turned out great. Later on, I also discovered the dish tasted really good with sour cream, it doesn't make it quite so non-moist. Overall, love it!

Didn't turn out as hoped, but instead came out of the oven flat. I'm very disappointed in this recipe.

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2011
These are definitely the best muffins I've ever tasted! They are sweet, yet lemony, and fluffy, yet dense. The taste is delicious, although I might suggest adding more lemon juice/peel. One thing that I did was only put in 1 1/4 cups of sugar for 24 servings, instead of 1 1/2 cups of sugar and it tasted great. Overall, this an an super uber epic recipe, love it!

Austrian Pancake

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
My family made this the other day for a quick brunch, and the general consensus was that we'll definitely make it again! We served it with whipped cream, and that was certainly the preferred topping. We used medium size cast-iron skillets, but had to up the bake time to 45 minutes. I think next time I'll try adding some lemon juice/zest to it, to give it a boost in tang. :)

Cranberry Scones

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
I followed Julie62's review entirely (except for excluding the walnuts and leaving the cranberry's whole), and I must say they scones turned out AMAZING! My family (and myself included) all ranted about the scones. This recipe is definitely a keeper. :)

Blueberry Crisp II

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2013
Great taste! there was too much mayo though,so next time I well use half butter and half mayo for the topping.Instead of white sugar,I used brown, and cooked the crisp for 3 minutes longer than what the recipe stated. The topping was dark golden brown, crisp, and crunchy. Will make again!

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
For being as simple as this is, great recipe! It wasn't the best fudge sauce ever, which is why I only am giving it four stars. I did make some modifications to it, though, and everyone liked it still. We ran out of sugar two cups through, so I used a cup of brown sugar as well; skipped the vanilla extract; and also the skipped the blender step. As I said earlier, this is an epic recipe for being so easy. I think that to get the perfect fudge sauce recipe you would need a much more difficult recipe, so I'll probably stick with this unless I find an easy, better recipe.

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
These are like the best lemon bars I've ever tasted! I made them for a potluck with a huge tray; and by the end all were gone except for three! These are also fairly easy to make, although I had to cook them a bit longer then it said to.
