Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2006
I marinated the chicken in cream of coconut and sprayed them with butter flavor spray instead of butter. I really liked these.

I made this for a Super Bowl party and everyone loved it. It needs to be refrigerated in order to shape into a ball.

My Navy Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2006
This soup didn't have enough flavor for my family. We added hot sauce. I think next time I would add a ham hock to the beans.

Turkey Delight

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
My husband ate half of this for dinner. I made it with Tone's instant turkey gravy mix, homemade mashed potatoes, Thanksgiving turkey and Brownberry sage and onion stuffing mix - made with chicken broth and butter. Very good I'll make it again. I think he liked it better than Thanksgiving.

I halved the recipe. I left out the vegtables and the sage. I baked it for 20 minutes and it was dry.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 14, 2002
These were excellent!! This is the first bread recipe I've made. I made the cinnabons up to the baking part, refrigerated them over night and then baked them in the morning. I'll try them again baking the same day, but I can't imagine them tasting any better. They taste just like a cinnabon!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2001
I made these for a party - very good!! I frosted them with Chocolate buttercream frosting - 2 1/2 Cups confectioner's sugar, 1/2 Cup cocoa, 1/2 Cup softened butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 5 Tablespoons milk. I made them in a jumbo muffin pan and will make them again and again!
