I was getting ready to give this a try, but I took a couple minutes to read about the toxicity of Borax and I'm sure glad I did. It appears that Borax can trigger respiratory issues, can be lethal to children, and in Europe the EU requires all products with Borax to be labelled with warnings that the product may damage fertility. I have a toddler so I'll skip this one.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This recipe takes awhile to make, but is totally worth it! It freezes well so I double the recipe. I don't have a grill, so I broil the chicken pieces in the oven without skewers for a few minutes on each side.

Marinated Chicken Pita Sandwich

Loved this! As other reviewers suggested, I added cucumber. I also added a little pepper to the chicken marinade for extra flavor. And finally, I cooked the onions in olive oil for a couple minutes before adding the chicken, rather than adding them to the sandwich raw. Delish!
