CAUTION: THIS WILL CAUSE A FOOD COMA, but it's sooo good! It's actually more like a lasagna then the Baked Ziti that I'm used to at the restaurants. I ended up altering the layers like other comments mentioned: sauce, ziti, sauce, provolone, sour cream, ziti, sauce and then mozzarella. I couldn't find shredded provolone so i ended up using one of the 8oz slice bags from the grocery store and just layered them evenly. Next time I'm also going to use half an onion, a full onion was a little much for us non onion lovers. We covered it while it baked with tin foil, then removed the foil for the last 5 minutes. I'm going to do about 20 on and 10 off next time, to get a nice golden top for the cheese next time.
