This is a quick, delicious and less-fattening way to enjoy chimichangas. I added colby/monterey jack cheese, though. The mixture thickened a bit when pureed, so it wasn't as runny. The cinnamon was an awesome touch! I used 1/8 cup of chili powder, instead, and my boyfriend complained that I should have used more - but then, the spicier, the better, for us! These were crispy, healthy, easy to make and overall really good. I'll make them again and again!
