Chicken Fried Chicken
This recipe was fun. My son and I cooked this chicken together. I wish we could have gotten the chicken breast pieces flattened out a little more. This would be great for chicken tenders. My honey loved this too and he is a tough one to please. I agree with cooking it until the outside is nice and dark. It also needed to sit untouched for a few minutes for the crust to set after coming out of the oil. If not careful the crust falls off. Will use this recipe again.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II
I made this so good that I almost cried! I used a flute pan to bake. I used crushed pineapple from a can. I had to strain the juice before placing in the pan. I didn't have any cherries but I threw in a few pecans. All the ingredients were left the same. I only added 1 tablespoon of the leftover pinapple juice in the cake batter and baked for 40 minutes. (my oven cookes fast) Simply marvelous!

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake
I too made this in a flute pan. It turned out very good. I used frozen blueberries and they worked well well with the ingredients
