Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
YUM!! I used all whole wheat flour and doubled the cinnamon...and they are deeelicious! I also used all butter because I didn't have any shortening. You don't even miss the white flour...and it makes the cookies just a little healthier (I'm always trying to sneak healthy things into dishes for my 2 yr old picky eater). Thanks...definitely a recipe I will use again!

Curried Tuna Melt
DELICIOUS! This is awesome! We didn't make any changes to this recipe, and I can't think of any I would make in the future...but I will definitely be making it in the future! SUPER YUMMY!!!!

Barbeque Halibut Steaks
Super yummy! This was my first time preparing halibut, and it worked great! I doubled the sauce and used 2 halibut steaks. I would suggest poking holes in the fish and marinating in the sauce for about an hour before grilling. I then prepared another batch of the sauce to use for dipping the grilled halibut in after...which I would highly recommend! Thanks for the recipe.
