Best Ever Banana Bread
I love this banana bread recipe. I've made it many times, sometimes following the recipe exactly and sometimes changing it. Any way I make it, it turns out great. I usually use more bananas than called for (maybe 2.5-3 regular sized bananas) and I use a combination of brown sugar and white sugar. Sometimes I'll add 1 tsp of vanilla and replace the buttermilk with lowfat vanilla yogurt. To make it even healthier, use applesauce instead of oil. I bake it in an 8x8 in glass pan at 325 F for 1 hr. I will keep going back to this recipe whenever I get a banana bread craving.

Pecan Pie V
I love this pecan pie and so does my whole family. I made it for Christmas this year and everyone said it was the best pecan pie they've had. I used a graham cracker crust but the only thing I changed from the recipe is that I added 1/2 cup more pecans and I used the lower baking temp (15 min @ 350, 50-55 min @ 300). It tastes better once it's cooled and allowed to set overnight in the fridge, otherwise it's kind of crumbly when it first comes out of the oven. Tastes great with vanilla bean ice cream.
