Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
I did what the other reviewers said to do, use taco sauce for the chicken, corn and black beans and I also added jalapenos and olives but I used ground chicken instead. SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD! Also don't forget to bake them for 5 to 7 mins before putting the toppings on.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Way too salty! Does not need the 1 teaspoon of salt if you are going to put 4 beef bullion in there. I honestly am only going to put 2 in next time. I had to water down this recipe b/c a) it had so much salt and b) it had so much spice that it was NOT enjoyable. We love spicy spicy foods but this physically hurt. 1/4 cup chili powder? NOT NECESSARY. 1 tablespoon is good or do it to taste, otherwise you have a huge batch of chili you don't enjoy. Remember there is also a lot of other spice in there. I would give it 5 stars with my alterations.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
I added a couple bay leaves and cooked the chicken breasts in the broth then chopped up after it was cooked and threw it back in the broth. Added lots of garlic and cooked with brown rice instead of the egg noodles. yum yum!

Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
I decided to take it a step further and marinate it for a couple hours in a plastic bag. The end result was .... it was bland - no flavor at all. Will not make again. So disappointed, why did so many ppl say it was so good? I could only have imagined what this recipe would've tasted like had I not decided to marinate it.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
It needs some more pizazz such as chopped green onion and/or minced red onion. I would make again but add those two ingredients.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
The BEST Chicken Pot Pie EVER. The men in my household request that I make two pies at one time so they can take leftovers to work AND also have seconds at the dinner table. TIP: I added extra broth so it's not so dry

Hamburger Soup III

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
For a low-carb dieter like myself, I omitted the macaroni but I felt it still needed more broth. Very good recipe though. Next time I would probably add different veggies like celery or corn and add a bit of spice such as red pepper flakes...

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
I would use less white chocolate next time as the dough didn't stick together very well while putting on the cookie tray.

Original Recipe French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
I didn't like using the thick bread - used too much of the batter mix. But very good. Will use more vanilla and of course the topping should be some sliced fruit and a sprinkle of icing sugar!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
Good! First time making these (I don't really bake). I would add Nutmeg or more Cinnamon next time and more raisins. My husband devoured the batch in two days.
