I tried this tonight and it was great! I usually steam my asparagus but this sounded so good I had to try it. It wasn't any harder than steaming. I did take the suggestions as far as baking it for 8 minutes first before putting the parmesan on and then bake for another 5 min. Don't make the mistake of salting it (like I did) because the cheese adds enough saltyness to it.

If you love lime flavor on your grilled chicken then this is the marinade for you. I thought it was too much lime and I used 1 lime for 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken came out nice and moist. I served it with LF sour cream and slice avocado. I would definately make this again and just cut down on the lime a little more. I went with some of the reviews and cut back on the chile powder but I should have used the full amount. It wasn't spicy at all. I this would be a good marinade for chicken fajitas. My husband enjoyed it!

Really liked this. Did not make any changes and don't think it needed any. Would go good with pork chops too. I would add some mushrooms next time.

It was okay. If I made it again I would cut the amount of olive oil in half and maybe use a mix of EVO & Veg oil.I was getting an overpowering of the oil. If your a garlic lover you may want to put in another couple of cloves. I will look for a different recipe for Caesar dressing before making this one again.

Good sauce! Add fresh minced garlic if you like a little stronger garlic flavor! Also added paprika instead of pepper as one review suggested. Everyone who's put it on their burgers loved it.
