Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2014
Great recipe, I didn't use he garlic (because I am allergic). But it was fantastic! I found he cooking time was a little long and mine was done in about 50 minutes but that could be because my chicken thighs were small ( I used hormone free, trimmed thighs). They were tender and delicious. I will make this one again!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2014
Had an amazing sweet crust that was crystallized sugar. Awesome! I mash the bananas for my kids. They didn't like the pieces of banana:). I thought it was fine, but for kids, texture can make or break the recipe:)

Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Super easy just dont over microwave the chocolate or it gets gritty. I also changed up the recipie for subsequent batches by using 1/2 peanut butter chips or 1/2 milk chocolate chips, depending on the crowd you are trying to please.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2013
Amazingly delicious. I made exactly according to the recipe, except, I added a couple pinches of flour to help roll the dough. Make sure you dont over roll your balls or you won't get the pretty crackle effect.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
Try toasting the almonds. and I put the almonds down before I poured the mixture onto the parchment paper, so the nuts were inside the toffee. I finished off the remaining nuts on top.
