Cranberry Bars
Very Good, not even a cranberry fan but tastes delicious. Cranberries aren't overpowering.

Absolute Best Liver and Onions
Yummy, like he said cook a couple minutes each side if it's thin liver and don't overcook. I have made this recipe several times now and tonight's was the best because I only left on there a couple minutes per side. I believe I overcooked the first couple times. You also don't need 2 cups of flour, I used about a cup, threw the rest away.

My Chili
I have been making this recipe for 3 or 4 years now. It's very good but I would give it a 4 star as listed. I have added a few things to make it better and a 5 star!! 1 tsp. cumin, 2 tsp. ground black pepper, 5 tbsps. minced garlic and I use 4 total cans of beans, I use 1 black, and mix up light and dark kidney beans for the rest. I also add 4-6 chopped fresh peppers (red, yellow, orange, green, etc.)I'm in the process of making it today and the house smells delicious. After I finish it I throw it in a large crock pot and keep on low until ready to eat. Delicious!!!
