Quick Hoppin' John Soup

This recipe is so delicious and so easy, I have to give it 5 stars. I make a batch on Sunday and bring it for lunch all week. The sausage really gives it a lot of flavor.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made this recipe exactly as written and brought it to a potluck at work. Everyone loved it and there was nothing left. I made it in a ceramic dish so I could re-heat it in the microwave. Great recipe - I am bringing it to Thanksgiving!

German Style Kielbasa

This dish is delicious! I followed other’s recommendations and used only 4 apples and it tasted great! The sauerkraut is tart and the apples sweet – so it is almost similar to a sweet-n-sour flavor. I thought it would be good – because I like all the ingredients – but it was really delicious. Great blends of flavor!
