It's hard not to give this recipe five stars. The meat has an excellent flavor, but it's a bit too salty. The first time I made this, I used table salt, but the next time, I used the Kosher salt the recipe called for. STILL too salty. Cut the salt in half. And people who like their meat rarer than medium need to cut down the time considerably. I like my meat medium rare, cut five minutes off the cooking time and it was still medium.
