Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I used strawberry cream cheese and I thought this frosting tasted great. It is a little soft, and I did put it in the freezer for about 10 mins before I frosted my cupcakes... I gave the recipe 5 stars for it's nice, light taste.

Key Lime Cake III

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
I was really excited to try this cake because I love key lime pie.. but I did not care for this cake. It turns out a pretty green color, but it didn't taste anywhere near key lime pie, my husband loved it though. I won't make this again.

Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
This is great! The only thing I did different was that I used 1/2 a carton of chive cream cheese and 1/2 a carton of red. fat cream cheese to try to cut down some of the fat. I cooked it on high for 4 hours and it turned out great, and we had plenty of sauce for egg noodles. We didn't think this dish was too rich like other reviewers.

Pasta Pomodoro

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
This is really good and easy to make. I used two cans of diced tomatoes (not drained), and I had to use dried basil since I couldn't find any fresh. The next time I make this, I will cut back on the pasta or double the sauce.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
This pie tastes really good, but I did have an issue while making it.. I couldn't get the butter and flour to form a paste. Maybe I did something wrong, but I must have stirred the mixture about 20 mins before I just gave up and added the other ingredients. It still tasted awesome!

Herbed Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
This corn is great. It's really easy to make, and tastes so good- a great way to dress up corn. I don't know how many cups of corn I used, I just heated up 3 bags of frozen corn and added the butter and seasoning.

JIF® Buckeyes

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
These are really good, but they are very messy to make. The peanut butter was sticking to my hands so bad I had to pop the PB back in the fridge for a couple mins before I could continue. I let my PB chill for about 3 hrs after forming them into balls, but they were still too soft. Next time I will put them in the freezer before dipping them. Since my PB balls were so soft, I had a heck of a time dipping them in chocolate since they wouldn't stay on the toothpick. I ended up just throwing them into the chocolate and coating them completely. They still tasted delicious :)

These were easy to make and my dogs loved them. I didn't have any pumpkin so I used chicken broth as a substitute.

Black Magic Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Awesome! I used Pikes Place coffee from Starbucks and my cakes had a very subtle hint of coffee. The cupcakes were so moist, they even stuck to my fingers. This cake is really easy to make and don't be put off by the liquid looking batter, it will fluff up in the oven.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
This is a good, quick dinner. I forgot to add the rice, and I used 4 tortillas.. I like my enchiladas really full, I think using 10 would be too many. Tastes good and its easy.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I liked the taste of these muffins, but I did follow other user reviews and doubled all spices and used brown sugar. My muffins stuck really bad to the liners and didn't rise very much.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
These cookies are really good, but you have to be a big mint fan. I couldn't find the mint baking chips so I crushed up some Andes Candy (it takes almost an entire box of the candies for 1 cup). I used 8 drops of green food coloring and my cookies had a nice light green color.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
This is the first time I have ever tried this dish and I think it's my new favorite! This is delicious! I made it according to another user review- sauteed the spinach and mushrooms in a little butter, cover the bottom of the pan, placed the raw chicken on top, then added the sauce and baked it for about 35-40 min (I also left out the bacon because I can't stand the stuff). It is amazing. The chicken is moist and tender and the sauce is soooo good! I recommend doubling the sauce. Must try!

Apricot Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2010
This is very good. I only used 1 packet of the onion soup mix and it was perfect- not too salty, and not an over powering onion taste. I doubled the sauce and served it with egg noodles.
