Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams with Garlic and Parmesan

If the usual sweet potatoe dishes are too sweet for your taste...this recipe is the way to go! Lovely rosemary (use fresh) and garlic goes well with turkey!

I have made this a few times. The first time I made it I thought it was a bit to thick and rich. I now use a little less cream chream cheese and add a little sour cream. Everytime I make it, everyone eats it all up - never any left over. I do use real crab though! Haven't tried it with the imitation crab.

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

This was a lot easier to make than I thought it would be. I got praise from everyone that tried it. They all said it was the best carrot cake they had ever had. Of course now everyone keeps bugging me to make it again. It was a hit!

Burrito Pie

I had made tacos two nights before and had a lot of leftover taco meat to use up so I tried this recipe. My husband is on a mostly protien diet and trys to stay away from white flour. I used 100% whole wheat tortillas instead of white flour tortillas. I also skipped the chiles so it wouldn't be overly spicy for the kids and served it with a spicy salsa on the side for the adults. It turned out great for all. Easy to make and a crowd pleaser.

Italian-Style Pork Tenderloin

The mustard and garlic give the pork a very different and satisfying taste. This was a very easy recipe. My family was impressed. The pork was very tender, juicy and flavourful.

Sage Pork Chops

Pork chops are always dry!! I have been searching for a recipe that doesn't dry out pork chops and I found it. This recipe is easy and the pork chops turn out moist and delicious.

Artichoke Bites II

Banana Bread Cookies

I always have tons of over ripe banana's in my freezer. I do make banana bread quite often, but I wanted to try something different. These cookies are great. They are easy to make and my husband and daughter love them!! Even my neighbours complimented me on them!
