Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2014
This was AWESOME!!! ...I have to admit that i was not sure WHY the directions say "lightly butter" the pan. So, be aware to use little butter because the bread crumbs will absorb the butter and make the nuggets soggy. ..The taste was unbelievably GREAT. I WILL make this again.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
The only two things that I would change is that I would add garlic powder and more butter to the hot sauce mixture. Then, I would put my seasonings actually on my chicken instead of in the flour. That way you use LESS spices. ;-D ..I will make this again and again. :-)

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
It was OK. Ive had A LOT better. I'd followed the directions exactly like it said and I STILL wasnt like everyone else is saying. 1. The bread crumb mixtures doesnt coat the chicken well. 2. The saw was not that good. I had to more brown sugar & cayenne pepper to give it a little spice. And because of the cayenne pepper, the sauce became better. I will not make this again. ...To each is there own. I say try it out for yourself first. ;-)

Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2010
I LOVE IT! I added cucumbers and id used shallots. The only thing that I would suggest is to not put it in the fridge, the liquid from the veggies makes the salad watery instead of creamy like when id first made it. ..Also, I made a wrap w/ mine. It was nice, lite, and healthy. :-) I WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN...AGAIN...and AGAIN! ;-D

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
It was OK. I had to add brown sugar, put garlic powder on the wings to go along w/ the sauce, and I added cayenne pepper to give it a little heat. And not to mention, the sauce was THIN. ...I MIGHT make it again. ...But to each is their own. ;-)

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
This was the BEST pork chops that I have EVER tasted. (Dont tell my mom. hehe) I had cooked this last Sunday (morning) and by the afternoon, my apartment smelled like I had cooked an entire feast. Sometimes when I cook in my crock pot (a southern term for "slow cooker"),the food may smell good but taste ok. NOT this. It smelled GREAT and the food tasted BETTER. I think that I am going to make this tomorrow. ..My mouth is watering from the thought. :-D

Molly's Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
The meat was the "fall off of the bone" type. But the sauce just wasnt up to par. I added flour to give it thickness. Then I added cornstarch towards the end. Then the thickness was correct. But the sauce itself somehow changed while it was cooking. Also, I add cayenne pepper, hot sauce, and onions. It still tasted like it was missing, not one, but two ingredients. ...Who knows, to each is their own. I MAY make this again. Maybe the 2nd time it will be better.

Mango Sorbet

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
I added kiwi instead of lime juice. That way, i still had the tartness of a lime and an extra fruit. ...It was GOOD!!! I tasted light and healthy. :-D
