absolutely fantastic! everyone loved every bite and was gone in a matter of 10 minutes at the pub (6 guys devouring it!) i split the cake into four layers and spread the peanut butter filling in betweem each layer, so in the end it was a giant log of a cake! awesome!

Orange Cranberry Biscotti

Very deicious! but a pain in the a to make. So many steps and directions (as is with all biscotti). If you don't have a few hours to keep on this recipe, don't start it. But if you take the time... they come out wonderful!! Perfect for 11-zies and dunking in a cuppa tea because they don't fall apart like most other biscotti.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Don't use dark brown sugar, it burns and doesn't taste as nice as light or medium brown sugar! Good recipe.

Salami Noodle Casserole

Very good. Used peppered salami and added red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Substituted cheddar and a bit of blue cheese for provalone because they don't really do provalone much in the UK. Recommend this recipe definitely!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Awesome. Added chopped potatoes to the mix. Wasn't enough sauce to cover veggies and chicken in pie, so poured in a can of cream of chicken soup. Very yummy and very easy.
