Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Stew

Fantastic! We had enough for two meals, the first time I didn't serve a starch on the side and it seemed something was missing. The second time I made rosemary red potatos and served the stew poured over them, which was absolutely perfect! I would make this all winter long!

Chicken and Roasted Garlic Risotto

I found that the rice wouldn't take on the texture I was hoping for and the whole dinner was too soupy, I think next time I'm going to use half of each can of soup and add more vegetables.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

The best Bruschetta I've ever tasted! I let it marinate for almost 4 hours before serving, everyone at the party was fighting hand over hand to get to the tray! I toasted the bread for about 3 minutes on broil then took the pan out and added the bruschetta mixture, the cheese I added right before I took them out of the oven so it would brown slightly, I love the smell of the cheese cooking with the garlic and tomato Yumm!!!

Sausage and Broccoli Skillet

The pasta got really mushy after only a couple of hours in the refrigerator. I had a hard time breaking up the sausage meat too, but I think thats because I defrosted it in the microwave.

Everything I could have ever wanted in a crock-pot all in one dish! I'm going to make this at least once a month for the rest of my life - or at least until the end of my relationship with my boyfriend - he loved it, and so did I!

I LOVE creamy sauces and this one was to die for! I would suggest making double the recipe for 4 people, we ate almost all of it with only enough left for one lunch, it was amazing!

Caesar Vinaigrette

This was my first time following a recipe for dressing, normally I just throw a bunch of things together and hope they work, I added some more garlic salt and lemon juice to complement the main dish of the night. Nice dressing!

Citrus Infused Guacamole

We used chili powder instead of cumin, which turned the guac to a kind of a brownish color, but it tasted sooo good! Also, we didn't have pineapple juice so we just left it out.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

I used chives instead of the green onion (i'm not a huge onion fan) and I found that springkling some extra garlic salt on the potatoes once they had browned a bit made them very flavorful. We loved this dish!
