Good New Orleans Creole Gumbo
Fantastic! I followed the recipe pretty close, and it was so good! I have one person that cannot handle much heat, so I avoided the Andouille and used smoked sausage instead. I also used chicken instead of the crab meat to make it more economical. The broth was to die for! I sampled a bit before adding the okra and I just had to keep going back for more! I had a hard time finding the file powder, but finally found it at one of the local grocery stores. I will definitely make this again! Thank you so much for sharing this great family recipe!

Graham Cracker Crust I
Simply and delicious! It was almost the same recipe that I use for my cheesecake. I use an extra 1/2 cup of graham crackers and no cinnamon in that recipe. One sleeve of graham crackers will give you the 1 1/2 cups. It made just enough to fill my 9 inch pie dish. I used the bottom of a glass to help press it down.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I made these exactly as the recipe stated and they were delicious! I rolled them to about 1/4" thick before cutting, and even though I used 10X sugar as a flour when rolling, I found that I needed to place them in the freezer for several minutes before I could get them off the parchment paper. This will be my sugar cookie recipe from now on. No need to change a thing!
