Broccoli Salad

This is one of my favorites! Instead of mayo I add sour cream (I am not a fan of mayo). It's delicious! Craisons and peanuts are a MUST. I expected leftovers to be soggy and not so good, but surprisingly it is still GREAT.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is one of my favorite recipes from allrecipes.com. I highly recommend this dish. I use white cooking whine, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic powder and low fat sour cream. You need to try this one!
