Amazing Ribs

This is the best rib recipe I've tried and I've tried a lot. Our guests over the weekend said it was the best they've had too. Yes, prepare to spend a lot of time cooking the ribs and be sure to watch them carefully on the grill or they will burn. The next time I will use a spicy rub right after boiling to give them a bit more zing. It is best to drink the entire 2nd bottle of beer.

Chicken Spaghetti

Very good! I used low-fat Mozzarella cheese instead and it was great. Be sure to cover the casserole dish.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

We have had this twice now. The second time we cooked the roast in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes with the onion soup mix and 1 cup water. Then we put it into the crock pot and cooked it normally. It was much more flavorful and tender. We also added potatoes and carrots 3 hours before the time was up.

No-Peek Beef Stew

Very good. A bit soupy, though. I cooked the meat in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes to make it more tender.

This is a very good seafood recipe. It is perfect for company. I added more mushrooms and 2 cans of lump crabmeat. Delicious!

Easy Barbeque Chicken and Red Potatoes

This recipe is indeed quick and easy. It is also low fat. In my oven, the potatoes did not get quite done enough, but I threw them in the microwave for 2 more minutes and they were done. On another occasion I substituted a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water in place of the barbeque sauce and it was delicious.
