Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I've tried a number of these cheesy biscuit recipes, and this is the best I've found. Deffinitely use milk or buttermilk instead of water, and add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of the Old Bay seasoning (I found mine at Walmart) for that authentic Red Lobster flavor. I like that this recipe makes more biscuits, since my family goes through them so quickly.

Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce)

Thank you so much for this great recipe. It is the perfect place to start for making great sauce to one's own taste. I like it with a bit less sugar, and no peppers. Then I add just a little soy sauce right before I eat, because my husband likes his without! Some of the other recipes on this site for Vietnamese Dipping Sauce just didn't work at all, but this one was great and easy to adjust to taste.

Best Tuna Casserole

This is such a delicious, flexible recipe! If you like more tuna, add more tuna! If you don't like peas, leave them out! If all you have is dried onions, they work fine. I particularly liked the cheese in it as my old recipe didn't have it. I don't use peas or mushrooms as my kids won't eat them. I leave them on the side. I usually add a half cup or so of milk to keep it from drying out since the noodles often absorb more liquid as it bakes. And I have tried it topped with bread crumbs, chips, or plain cheese (depending on what I have) and it's always good. My favorite is to leave out the onions and top it with French Fried Onions instead. The flavor and texture are wonderful.

Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole

I have loved this recipe since I was a teenager first learning to cook. I like it better with Cream of Mushroom soup, and it's good with a cup of shredded cheddar cheese mixed into it as well. If you think it needs more flavor in it, try topping it with french fried onions instead of bread crumbs. Delicious!
