Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I made this exactly as directed in the recipe, but it wouldn't shape into a ball, so I used it as a dip instead. It was more like a thick cake batter. My daughter had the same problem and she too used it as a dip. It was delicious.

Glazed Pork Chop

Not very good. Needs to be cooked longer than recommended. There was definitely something missing. Pork chops were tough so I covered them with foil and had to cook them about 45 minutes total. Don't think I will try them this way again.
