Moist Chocolate Muffins

Really one of the luscious muffins I have ever baked.. Very chocolatey n it tasted yummier n more moist the next day .I didnt make any changes in the recipe.The baking time might vary a bit.. I preheated the oven to 190 degrees only. Got 24 muffins and 3 small cup cakes.

Almond Orange Streusel Coffee Cake

i tried out the recipe came out perfectly is one of the tastiest cakes!! i had to use almost 1 cup of orange juice to make the batter loose well, to save time i chopped the almonds instead of slicing.. i baked it for abt 50 mnts...did not use any glaze ...the cake as such is sweet enough.... super yummy crunchy cake!! frnds, pls do try it out..

Lemon Coconut Squares

I added one tsp of grated lemon rind and a drop of coconut essence,for an extra tang.. the aroma was irresistable!!!!adding lemon rind removes the eggy flavour

Cinnamon Rolls II

Instead of using an icing with cream cheese i used simple glaze icing, using icing sugar, a few tablespoons of really hot milk , a tablespoon of soft butter, and vanilla essence..mix them well till very smooth and coat the rolls while they are still warm...

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Superb recipe.. but i made a few changes in the way i baked it.. why worry about the jam melting and overflowing out onto the baking sheet? place the cookies to be baked in the oven without filling with the jam.. wait till they are three fourth done. take them out and fill with jam.. now bake again at a lower temp for a few more mnts.. this way the jam will remain firm,neither too set nor too make them look more festive i brushed the cookies around the wells with the left over egg white and sprinkled some sugar crystals at the stage when you have to fill them with the well i prefer adding 1 tsp of vanilla essence while making the dough.. try and experience the difference.
